Hey Y'all...I'm doing the keto thing because I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and needed to get my raging blood glucose levels under control. So far it seems like a miracle cure and even my (high for FOREVER) blood pressure is coming way down! This may just be the way I eat forever!0
