So i'm getting married in a couple of weeks and i have been on a diet exercise plan for 3 months, at first i was losing 1lb a week maybe 2 on a good week but after a while there was no weight coming off. I took a before and after picture to see if i was toning up my body but after 3 months there is very little change. I have 14 days to lose 11lbs and tone up. Can anyone suggest a fitness routine i can do at home with no equipment to get rid of these extra lbs. Thanks in advance

I'm going to be the bearer of bad news. 11 lbs in 2 weeks is a lot and it would not be a healthy loss. Congratulations on getting married!0

Thanks, i know its not ideal but i think i'm just freaking out because the wedding is so close. To be honest i would rather tone up than lose the weight (because i think that would be easier), i think i'm in the same boat as a lot of people where i'm looking in the mirror and finding fault all over my body. Thanks for the reply though.0

Strength training may help you lose inches, especially if you are out of shape now. Inches are as good as pounds.
Google - You Are Your Own Gym or Nerdfitness.
Look for (body weight) strength training on YouTube - Fitness Blender, Jessica Smith TV, BeFit0 -
It's probably not possible to make a visual physical change like that in 11 days but you can drop 11lbs although it will be water not fat and very simple. Drop your carbs to under 30 a day from vegges, cut out the sugar, FF, sodas etc... increase your fats to 160-200 grams a day and you will drop your 11lbs but i doubt you will notice a tone change as it will be water weight only.0
