Anyone know about Kaia?

I have a few friends who joined MFP and they do a workout called Kaia. It's a lot of circuits and none of them have a heart rate monitor. They want to enter their exercise, but aren't sure how to do it. Any suggestions? Thank you!

    When I did Kaia I entered: Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort

    It seemed like interval style calisthenics and the calorie estimate seemed right for the amount of work I felt like I was doing in comparison to like Turbo.
