not sure which way to go

sp ive been doing 1200 calories a day since january and seen no change! (my maintainence is 1400ish) im wanting to drop bf without losing muscle but i just dont understand why its not working, im 100% im in my calorie limit everyday because i weigh and track everything. any suggestions? wanting to uncover my abs by may time,

Since you are already at a good weight for your height, I would suggest thinking about body re-composition. You should try a weight training program such as stronglifts (there are also others). There are some threads about that in the maintenance section.

ive looked into that a bit but no matter how much i read im unsure how to approch it? @revolucia780 -
