    ( ? ) ---> that is a question mark- used at the end of a sentence for which you would like an answer.

    ( ! ) ---> exclamation mark - well -indicating exclamation.

    @geminigarcia199017 hope it helps.

    Weighing with consistency under similar conditions as the one measured before will allow you to track it accurately.
    Usually, first thing in the morning after relieving yourself of your morning ablutions on empty stomach. However, if you weigh yourself everyday and can keep it consistent -it is beneficial to a point where you need to tweak certain things in your diet otherwise -day to day weight fluctuations are nothing to worry about.

    My calories to start of the day is 1500,by the end of the day I eat 1,100 so there is a calorie deficit of -400!!!

    No. No. No.

    The 1,900 that MFP recommended for you (as you said in another thread) *already* included a deficit. What you're doing is creating an even bigger deficit. This is going to make it harder for you to maintain energy, stay on plan, and meet your nutritional needs. It also means that you are risking losing more muscle mass (instead of fat, which is presumably what you want to lose).

    Please reconsider. Successful weight loss requires patience. Changing your plan because you aren't losing every single day isn't a path to success.

    What defines you is how you treat others. Not what you do.

    My advice is to put the scale away. You've posted a dozen posts in the last two days over the distress in the lack of your weight loss. You're not going to lose weight every day. Eat your 1,900 calories and stop stressing so much.

    How often or should I stop weighing myself? Should I weight myself every two weeks or every month & see how it works. The weighing scale is my enemy, ughhhh

    That comment is at odds with your first post in this thread.

    If the number on the scale really bothers you that much, stop weighing yourself completely for now. Find a piece of clothing that currently fits tightly, and when you can wear it comfortably you know you've lost weight (or at least inches, which is just as good). If it's still tight after a month, you need to look more closely at how you're logging your calories because if you really are eating in a deficit then you'll lose something.
