Need to shrink my waist!!

I'm almost 42 & in pretty good shape. Not a lot of body fat. But I can't seem to lose belly fat! Has anyone struggled with similar problems & had success?

I'm not sure it's possible to focus just on one area of the body but surely there are techniques the would work.0 -

You can't spot reduce, but you can absolutely target tone. With consistent ab strengthening exercises, you will inevitably tighten, tone, and lose inches in the waist area.0
