Been on my weight loss journey since Feb. 24th which I weighed 211, today on March 10th I am 205...this is by changing the way I eat and cutting out sodas completely and drinking more water....this app I downloaded 5 days ago, I haven't lost anymore weigh yet but, I love this app and I feel if I keep following it and sticking to my calorie count I will get to my weight loss goal real soon....

Way to go! Everyone starts somewhere. I just started almost 2 weeks ago...i do my second weigh in tomorrow. First week i lost 7 but definitely didnt eat enough during the day so i have found a hally medium this week and im excited to see if i had any changes.

Wow, 7lbs in just one week. What did you do different than you use to, to make you lose so fast?0
