Just wondering for those who lift what are your favourite accessory exercises?

Dips and pull ups0

Almost all tricep work (tates, JM, board work, pin press, floor press). Triceps are my favourite. But I have fun doing whatever my coach tells me to do0

Hip thrusts all the way! But deadlift comes in a close second for me.0
