    Successes/struggles this week: This week I have a terrible chest and sinus cold so I haven't worked out since Saturday. Some of my weight loss might water weight from not lifting this week. Some of it might be due to not having an evening snack after the kids go to bed. I've just been going to bed when they do. It's still awesome to be in the 130s! That's a huge milestone for me - I haven't been here since high school! Next week we're going on vacation so I will probably allow myself a lot of leeway and go back up for a bit.

    Success/struggles this week: It seems like a big weight loss for the week, but I consider that a loss for the last two weeks as
    I had a slight gain last week after going to Milestones the night before weigh in for dinner and not checking the menu BEFORE
    going. I stuck the food plan, I slightly increased exercise, so I am very happy so far. Obviously, if I stick to the plan, it works!

    Successes/struggles this week: Grr, I had one bad day of eating but kicked *kitten* the next day burning over a 1,000 cals and I still gained a pound. I'm thinking it's water weight. I'm supposed to start my cycle soon and I had a lot of sodium lately which is known for water retention. Im going to reweigh myself tomorrow and see if it's the same or better. :(

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been a little indulgent with eating and not wholly committed to moving. I'm back on my strength program which helped mitigate any damage from my "shark week". This coming week I want to take walks in addition to my strength program.

    Successes/struggles this week: My mood wasn't great this week. Scale hasn't moved since Monday :neutral: . I just feel a little bit unmotivated. Keeping 150k steps per week and 3 runs can be seen as a success though.

    Successes/struggles this week: I should have lost 2LBS but I am struggling with craving junk food. I stay within my calories for the day and I exercise, but I know I would lose more if I could stay away from the sweets. I will do better. :)

    Success was exercising at least one day. I was able to follow a food diet without falling off the wagon too many times. Hoping to keep up this trend.
    Struggle? It was finals week. Wine was my relaxer. Not drinking it was a struggle but managing
    I'm only 11 pounds away from my goal :smile:
