Do any of you recommend any non stimulant fat burners? ..or do you prefer food sources as fat burners? If so, what food choices do you prefer?

Personally I don't believe any food makes enough difference in the amount of fat you burn per calorie to be worth worrying about. But I do love spicy food, green chai tea and nuts, all of which I have seen listed as fat burning foods in silly magazines.0

Yeah, just to repeat what others have said, the only natural way to lose fat is through a calorie deficit. Fat burners are a waste of money and just an expensive way of getting caffeine into your system. You may as well just have coffee and keep your diet in check. All of those articles that have the words 'eat this to burn fat' or anything that refers to anything you put in your mouth as a fat burner is just BS.0

Fat burning is a result of a calorie deficit. Not because of the diet industry selling supplements with exaggerated claims. There are no such things as "fat burners" that create enough of a significance fat loss to justify the purchase.

Of course its not necessary but it definitely helps. I had way more energy for my workout and I wasnt "hangry" afterwords I was calm and actually more upbeat.0 -
