Here is my go-to list of foods/snacks under 200 calories. These are some healthy and mostly filling options to eat if you're getting close to hitting your calories for the day.

-Toast
-Sweet Potato (super filling)
-Apple
-Some Lean Cuisine Meals
-Individual Small Yogurt

Two eggs
5.3 oz of Greek yogurt
2-3 servings of string cheese
Skinny Cow ice cream bars
Fudge pops
Some protein bars
Laughing Cow cream cheese wedges with a couple of crackers
6 tablespoons of hummus (or half that and sone crackers)
A small garden salad (depending on your toppings)
An egg on toast
1/4 cup of wasabi peas

Pretty much this. Any food can be 200 calories.
My favorite Girl Scout cookies (Savannah Smiles) are 140 calories for a serving of 5 cookies....
