    Successes/struggles this week: Went on a short vacation. Spent the equivalent of 3 days riding in a car. Less control over food available to eat. Still managed to lose 3 lbs though. All in the choices!

    Successes/struggles this week: this week was rough! Kids/work/schedules were crazy!! But there was no gain, so my eating is ok. I will def push myself harder to fit in some kinda exercise even on my toughest day!

    Successes/struggles this week: got verrrrry frustrated that the scale didn't move. Recorded every day and worked out almost every day. The up side is that I can tell I'm getting more in shape by working out. 4 miles today! :) Just waiting for the inches and pounds to catch up

    Successes/struggles this week: I didn't work out at all, or diet consistently, so I'm not surprised that I didn't lose weight. I'm just thankful I didn't gain weight either.

    Successes/struggles this week:
    Successes: learning better portion control, and learning to balance different foods better. I've learned a lot about eating the same foods with healthier alternatives. Better yet, I stuck to it! I haven't felt like giving up like I have in the past.

    Struggles: I am still having trouble with staying active, and working at a desk doesn't help much. I was told to not focus on activity right away as I am getting used to the food changes, but it still bugs me. I am going to make it a point to get out to the trails with my kids this weekend.

    Struggles: I'm having some sugar cravings, trying hard not to give in but I ate some Manner goods yesterday, felt like crap afterwards, I didn't eat dinner to make up for the extra calories -> NOT SMART IF YOU WANT TO TRAIN PROPERLY!

    Successes/struggles this week: Followed the plan closely with minor modifications and additions and that seemed to work well. I had a close call with a beautiful sandwich, but managed to pull myself together before it went too far. I increased my activity, but only marginally and not at all consistently. I am also still eating a majority of calories between 9 and 10 p.m. several nights a week.

    Hahaha, I was just commenting about the recent spate of Thin Mint attacks. Congrats though on working through it.

    Successes: I have been able to fit some exercise into my week, with work being super busy it's been mentally draining to think of exercising; but, I've done it!

    Struggles: Eating has been a struggle, I have breakfast then it's dinner before I have a chance to eat again. Sure, this might not sound horrible but I'm struggling to choosing healthy" calories after 6pm, I'm beyond hungry and am finding my choices are poor when I'm in that state.

    Successes/struggles this week: Was feeling quite stressed and overtaxed at work today. And emotionally. Not sure why but I tried to overcome every day. I included some sort of activity but not my usual amount. Had some struggles with evening snacking. I did okay overall but I want to stay on track beginning today with regular activity and monitoring stress.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had lost 50 lbs using MFP in 2012/2013 and I gained it back...all my fault. I quit tracking my food diary. I started again on Feb. 27th, 2016 and I'm eager to get back/stay on the plan. I know it works. Good luck in March everyone!
