I watched this short video of Tracy Ellis Ross in which she talks about the most inspirational quote she's heard, and for some reason it really hit me in an emotional way - not just in regards to weight loss, but to the rest of my life too.

    @sarahlynn78 I like that too! I love the idea of imagining that space everyday and falling into it and being inspired by it. It's so easy to instead feel defeated by it.
