I, I'm getting married next year and have started the big day weight loss already. Has anyone got any tips, recipes and advice??

Congratulations! I am 18 months away from my wedding myself, have been working at this for a little over a year now and still have a long way to go.
I personally find that cardio is really helpful in dealing with the stress of everyday life and wedding planning. The slow cooker is my friend.0 -
Congrats!!! Most helpful advice if youre not already aware is to be in a Calorie Deficit. If you don't eat less energy than you burn you won't lose weight after a certain point. You should be able to lose a constant pound to 2 pounds a week using the app.0
