June 1st (starting weight): 166
June 8th: 165 ( One pound this week, GREAT!)
June 15th: 164 (Another one bites the dust SUPER!)

Goal Weight for July 1st: 175.0 lbs which is also my final target 12.5 stone will be fine for me and then just got to maintain and tone up?
Oh dear it is certainly getting tougher this time to get down below that magical 180? doing some really nice power walks with 50/50 jogging for 40 odd minutes but too many cakes and choc treats as well as the alchohol? Bah Humbug! At least I am heading in the right direction.

Down 2.6! I'm so happy I'm out of the 170s. I keep fluctuating, hopefully I am clear of the 170s FOREVER!0 -
No loss in two weeks. I know I should be depressed but I won't let myself get to that point. I just have to keep pushing and hope for the best for the final weigh in next week.
