I want to get down to 145. I want to be fit and lean. I also have a wedding next summer. Trying to push myself to start back towards my goals on Monday. I was 180, I got down to 163, then gained 10 pounds of it back. Just pissed at myself right now.

    I started at 180 and just this morning weighed in at 158.8, so I know you're struggle. You can do this! Don't get pissed, get even. Tell yourself that you deserve the body you want, set a healthy goal and calorie limit, and go get it!

    The good thing is, you've given yourself more than a year to do this, so you can do the slow and sustainable weight loss plan. Start NOW, not March 2017. You've got 68 weeks. Set MFP to a modest 0.5lb/week goal. Eat that goal. Succeed without punishing yourself :)
