Hi all
Just posted today first time
Am working with a nutritionist and foods she teaches me I can have are wonderful
Am allowed snacks mid morning and afternoon so no cravings anymore and lost 5 lbs in first 3 weeks with no stuggle

I have had to relearn about food too. I also see a nutritionist.0

Great Job! Consistancy is the key. Easy to lose, harder to maintain. Take in those lessons and make some life choices so that it doesn't seem like work anymore. Best of Luck on your weight Losss Goal!0

Boy do I know about the maintenance thing, itv IS the hardest part
Now that i'm working with nutritionist am sure it will be a lot easier in the maintaining department
One great thing that I learned was no white bread or starches, after just 2 days I felt a lot better and no bloated feeling
Next was no starcheds at dinner but lots of veggies with your protein
Will pss on other ideas for those who are interested
