Broke my mile record today!!! 11:02!!!! Considering that in Jan when I started this I could only walk a mile in about 20 mins, I've come a LONG WAY!!!!
Also hit 200.6 on the scale this a.m. so ONEDERLAND is SOOOOO close!!!!!!
