Another before-and-after face photo thread...

Okay, inspired by two other threads on this today, I'm taking the plunge to show you my before and after face pictures (eeks).
The Before is about two years ago, one of the very, very rare photos of me from that time (bless the digital cameras and their delete button...). The After is taken a few weeks' back.
