Picky eater-just starting out!

Hey!

I have finally decided to start the weight loss process!
I have always been confident with my body but I know I need to lose weight in order to be healthy.

The hardest part for me is that I can be quite the picky eater sometimes, so it can be tough to find a healthy meal that I will actually eat. So if you have any tips with that I would really appreciate it!

Also would love to make some friends with others going through this journey as well to swap tips and ask questions.
