Hi I'm a 29 y/o female 5'6" 146 looking to get a six pack. Working out 6 days a week, trying to figure out what I'm supposed to eat. I've cut out bread products (might add a mini bagel in the morning) and I drink a 42g protein shake after I work out. I also stopped drinking soda and only drink water. Need some tips!

Lower body fat is what is needed. A calorie deficit and lifting program.

Getting your body fat down to 17%-20% should get you a six pack. Calorie deficit with consistency.
