Dieting is one of the hardest things to do especially when your not consistent I've been eating lots of meats and veggies with low to no carbs at all total energy drain

Just stick to your MFP calorie limit.
I've lost 70 lbs / 33 kg since April just eating whatever I feel like within my calorie limit.

I once heard to think of carbs as electricity in your household. You don't need it but you would be more efficient with it. Granted, you take in consideration the kinds of carbs consumed to perform at an optimal level.0

I agree more fats! Moderate protein, carbs under 100 grams/day.0
