    I don't have anything to make it more interesting, but it has replaced my mayo on turkey sandwiches. And there's the always popular avocado slice, tomato, bacon, and lettuce sandwich. Yumm. :love:

    Recipe I use...
    1 avo mashed
    garlic salt
    low fat/no fat sour cream
    hottest salsa you can stand

    All to taste

    Or...once I had guacamole made with tomatoes and cucumbers, lime juice and garlic salt to taste...it was pretty good!

    I use an avocado or two, mash it up, and mix with non-fat greek yogurt. It makes it more filling and I think it keeps the flavor of guac. I also usually put some hot sauce in there...mmm!
