Trying to lose weight/control cravings!

I have gained weight recently and would like to lose it and then some! I really enjoy food which makes this even more difficult!

But what's the solution! How to control the cravings? I really feel too hungry specifically after workouts.0

It's all about getting your body used to a different way of eating. Try experimenting with different fruit to control a sweet tooth, or maybe make a snack with fruit and chocolate. It's all about getting your body used to it. From cutting junk food, soda and fast food I have already lost 5 pounds. When I am craving something sweet I immediately reach for fruit and before I eat, I drink a glass of water to make sure I not mistaking being thirsty for being hungry.0
