Trying to lose weight/control cravings!

I have gained weight recently and would like to lose it and then some! I really enjoy food which makes this even more difficult!

    Suffering from the same problem. Can't stop myself in front of good food. But just joined MFP. Hoping to have good results

    But what's the solution! How to control the cravings? I really feel too hungry specifically after workouts.

    It's all about getting your body used to a different way of eating. Try experimenting with different fruit to control a sweet tooth, or maybe make a snack with fruit and chocolate. It's all about getting your body used to it. From cutting junk food, soda and fast food I have already lost 5 pounds. When I am craving something sweet I immediately reach for fruit and before I eat, I drink a glass of water to make sure I not mistaking being thirsty for being hungry.
