Hypermobility and Les Mills

I've recently been diagnosed with Hypermobility syndrome.
I've been doing Les Mills classes (mainly pump, attack and step) for the last 3 years and have a lot of pain in almost all of my joints while doing these classes.
Can anyone suggest any joint supports I can get or any techniques I can use to stop the pain?
Thank you

You need to speak to a Physio for strengthening exercises0

I have hypermobility in my elbows and have to be very careful about my form. A good trainer or PT can help you with this. Also, somewhat ironically, additional strength will help you maintain your form better.0
