I am starting to lift and I'm not sure what I should do for nutrition. I k is clean eating is key but what should macros be or what do you all recommend?

1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is a fairly typical target if you're lifting. Also a 200-300 daily calorie surplus (assuming you want to maximise muscle growth, and aren't focused more on losing fat)0
