Hi everyone, so I'm here to achieve my weight loss goals since I have a medical condition that affects both legs & I need to maintain a healthy weight. But because I am "too big" at the top half of my body, my family & friends & family are afraid that my poor legs won't be able to support me! Looking for support & motivation from strangers!

Hi there, I'm not too up on CP... Do you have to eat a ketogenic diet (very low carb) like some people who have disorders/injuries to brain tissue?0

Hi there, I most probably do, because I'm bulking up at the top & thats where I want to shed most of the weight! I've substituted carbs with more fiber & protein instead.0
