    Successes/struggles this week: Have been going for 2 months now and weight loss is slowing right now. I am adjusting my goals to 1 pound a week rather than 1 kg a week.

    Successes/struggles this week: where did the sweets (choclate) come from. ;( tut tut need more control there. Even had a little drink last night and still lost. Could be cause i didnt eat so much through the day

    Successes/struggles this week: One of my kids had an ear infection for most of the week which limited getting out and about for us to an extent (therefore my exercise). We've also had stomach issues. Can't wait for Spring!

    Successes/struggles this week: A good week! I exercised for at least 30 minutes every day, and I managed to eat some things like pizza and coke while staying within my calorie goals, and the scale reflects that. If I can keep this going I'll reach 20 pounds lost from my starting weight (201) next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Well, I have recovered physically from an ectopic pregnancy and I am ready to get back in the game slowly. I will start off with walking workouts and a little lifting. I actually walked to Target this afternoon, about a mile, I felt good after. So here we go!

    Successes/struggles this week: I may need to tighten up my logging. I feel like my diet was good but the scale didn't really reflect that too much. I've been kind of staying in maintenance instead of losing.

    Struggles/ successes: Oops. Really struggling with managing my appetite as I increase my exercise. I've been trying to change the focus from weight loss to exercise for a while, but so surprised by how difficult it is to run and control calories at the same time! I need to work harder this week at eating protein and fibre rich foods to fill me up.
