Challenge accepted and completed. I did use light weights as I'm just getting back into exercising. I had to stop a lot as well.

Accepted and done. All I had was a 4# kettlebell- alternated 25/sidex2.

Done used tinned baked beans. I probably needed to used something a little heavier but that's the only thing I have that's I can comfortably hold.
