Join me in the sprint to Easter!!

Hello everyone!

I'm willing to bet many of you, like me, are having trouble sticking to your goals after trying to start 2016 with a bang.

Well it's time for a short but powerful challenge to get us back on track! Let's sprint to Easter!

What does that mean? It means from now until March 27th I solemnly swear to commit to:

1. Hitting my calorie goal every single day
2. Working out at least 3 times a week

That's it! No weight loss goal or anything like that. These are tangible goals we can really hit every single day. For less than two weeks!

Perfect! I love short term goals. I've been on a roll for 10 mos. with mini-goals that are attainable along the way. It helps to break up a big project into little pieces!

    Committed.

Less than 2 weeks makes this feel doable.

Yesterday was the first day I stayed within my calorie goal after several days of going over. Thanks for this challenge and the encouragement!

Whoo! How are we all doing today! 4 days in already, it goes quick.

I'm doing the new Tony Horton program 22-minute hard corps and loving it so far.

Hit my calorie goal every single day to this point. It's rough but it's worth it!

    Thanks!

Doing well so far. I stayed within my calorie goal again and went for a walk even though I didn't want to.

I anticipate a good day today. Hope everyone else is doing well.

    Yay Friday!

I'm still on track. Stayed within my calorie goal yesterday and went for my walk. The pup and I got back up to our usual speed after a few slower days. That's 3 great days in a row, which is really motivating.
