Hello everyone!
I'm willing to bet many of you, like me, are having trouble sticking to your goals after trying to start 2016 with a bang.
Well it's time for a short but powerful challenge to get us back on track! Let's sprint to Easter!
What does that mean? It means from now until March 27th I solemnly swear to commit to:
1. Hitting my calorie goal every single day
2. Working out at least 3 times a week
That's it! No weight loss goal or anything like that. These are tangible goals we can really hit every single day. For less than two weeks!

Perfect! I love short term goals. I've been on a roll for 10 mos. with mini-goals that are attainable along the way. It helps to break up a big project into little pieces!

Less than 2 weeks makes this feel doable.
Yesterday was the first day I stayed within my calorie goal after several days of going over. Thanks for this challenge and the encouragement!0 -
