I didn't take a picture from where I started but I was 214.5 (really wish I took one right from the start) and now I'm 179 and I'm really starting to see a difference. Still rocking my mom pooch but it is slowing going down. So happy with how far I've come and how much closer I am to being where I wanna be.

For the first little bit not much. A walk here and there but nothing to crazy. Now I got to the gym 4 times a week and mainly do cardio (not super comfortable with the weights yet)

I started juicing and eating lots of fruits and veggies. Also fish and chicken. Cut out a lot of processed food.

Our stories are very similar! I started off at 215 and am currently at 182 with 28 lbs left to go for my personal goal. & I also just started noticing major differences. Awesome job! I know it ain't easy!!!0

I'm 5'5 and 24.
Definitely hasn't been easy but with all the support and inspiration from mfp it has been a lot easier then I thought it would have been. I have my days but don't we all0 -
