Marlymama - you look fantastic! Congratulations on your weight-loss!0

I started my journey in march at roughly 260lbs. The first picture I was willing to take was in may after I lost my first 20lbs. I am at 182lb and my goal is 155. The last two months have been a slow process. I imagine the next 30 lbs will be a slow process. These photo stories have been my encouragement. So here is me sharing my progress. I'm not done yet. So far I've gone from a 26 jeans 3x shirt to a 9/10 jeans and regular large shirt. I feel amazing!

First post here, don't really log my food anymore but used it for a good few months and it really helped me understand food a lot better and has totally changed my way of eating/drinking, just in a place now where I am progressing well and don't feel the need to log, but would totally recommend it to anyone wanting to make a start!
In the first pic I weigh 15 stone 0 pounds, in the second I am now 12 stone 12 pounds :-)
Still a journey to my ultimate target of 11 stone, wish me luck!

On my phone, so I can't post anything other than the link above.
But I am proud of myself and the progress I've made.
I'm doing my monthly weigh in on Friday, and I'm excited to see how close I am to my goal.1 -

You look amazing and a fraction of the age of your before photo. I've posted photos before and they've appeared just as tabs like yours did. I think you'll have missed a large (number haha) audience unless people think to click on the 'miniature'. I can't work out the photo posting process the way everyone else has :-) Well done!

I can tell the difference in my face already, so cant wait to lose more. Thanks again and keep the good work up!0

I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!
Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!
Keep working!!! You will get there!

I'm 24 and 5'5 I started out at 214.5 and I'm now down to 140.5.
And I have MFP to thank for that. With just calorie counting I have managed to come this far!
I am so inspired by all you to keep going and to keep this life style. I am a much more confident person and love myself again.
