My breakfast was much better today.

I made a Smoke Salmon Egg Bake and had two big slices of that along with my iced coffee.

You shouldn't skip breakfast at all. I prep my protein smoothy the night before because I'm always on the go. I eat 6 small meals a day.

Two hard boiled eggs, with a string cheese hanging around in case I need it before lunch.

That fills me up and is super convenient, and it's something I'm happy with eating every day, but I'll admit it's not very fun. For a more fun breakfast consider trying overnight oats.

    I would do:
    1/4 c old fashioned oats
1/4 c plain yogurt (greek for added protein)
1/4 c liquid (water, milk, coconut milk, almond milk, etc)
    2 t chia seeds
    1/4 fruit

Mix everything but the fruit in a small tupperware, add the fruit and store in the fridge overnight. You can pop it in the microwave for ~30 seconds in the morning if you want a hot dish. This is 300-400 calories depending on what fruits/liquids you use, or other additions made.

Some of my favorite combinations are:
    1/4 c strawberries (or banana), 1/4 c milk, 1 T chocolate PB2
    1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c milk (or almond milk), 1 T chopped almonds
    1/4 c pineapple, 1/4 c coconut milk/water
1/4 c banana, 1 T heaping of cocoa powder, cinnamon, 1/4 t instant espresso powder
Half of a 4 oz peach fruit cup, 1/4 c water, 1 T chopped almonds

Overnight oats can be made at least 3 days beforehand with no ill effects.
