Any tips on how to achieve a flat stomach, I know body fat is the way to go but I'm 8 st 2 and 5ft 2 with around 15-16% body fat (just a guess from 4 weeks ago) and still have a podgy stomach. I appreciate all the help. Thanks in advanced

This is the kind of look I want to achieve, realistic or just breathing in?
I think the middle and legs are from working out but the boobs are surgery and the big boobs are making their stomachs look smaller. Without the silicone they would look more like skinny chicks.
It's not good to lose more fat if you are truly at 15% though. Hair, skin, nails, hormones suffer if you don't have essential fat stores.
Try posing like they are, turned halfway and a little twisted, middle held tight, and see if you are doing better than you think0 -

If those pics are current, you are more in the 18-20% body fat range and would appear to have a flat stomach. If you want highly defined abs, you would need to drop some more body fat as well or potentially gain some muscle
Another thing to keep in mind, the pose and genetic make up of a person can have huge effects on look. Also, many competitors will go on a low carb or keto diet temporarily to drop water weight an get that look as well.0 -
Lose fat and do workouts that target your core to gain muscle there.
Also a lot of it is posture. Gaining core strength and learning proper positioning for many core exercises will help improve posture.
Great exercises to build corr strength and size while learning positioning are: plank, hollow body hold, deadbug, ab wheel, toes-to-bar raises, and gymnastic progressions.0
