Can someone help! I want to lose my stomach and never find i

I am on the verge of losing weight and am doing very well so far. However, I want to lose my stomach, and it seems to be the last to go.

Does anyone have any tips to help me with this problem?

    If that was the first spot you gained the weight, that is the last spot you will be able to lose it from. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will eventually start shrinking. I am only 1.5 pounds from my goal and the belly fat is just shrinking now. But don't give up! Although frustrating, you must lose fat from all over your body until you will see noticeable changes around your mid-section.

  • I usually do crunches before and after I do any type of cardio. It definitely makes a difference. I'm losing weight from my stomach faster than everywhere else, and it used to be the other way around. Good luck! :D

    Thank you, I am doing the Turbo Fire program with the Hiit workouts in it. It's fun and hard all at the same time. LOL Thank you all for your comments, I will keep on doing the cardio and start doing more situps and whatnot. Woot woot
