Since I lost 3kg, MyFitnessPal adjusted my calorie intake to 1830. I am unsure how to go about eating less below 1830 or create a calorie deficit. I want to lose more weight.

Just reduce what you were eating before losing the 3kg so you are eating the 1,830. Shouldn't be a huge adjustment.0

Just do exactly what you did when you lost the 3kgs, but with a slightly reduced calorie intake.0

Reduced enough to get you to 1830.0 -

The 1830 MFP has given you already has a calorie deficit built into it based on the goal you chose when you set it up. MFP will adjust your calorie goal up if you log exercise.0

Working out is not necessary for weight loss, but is good for overall health.
Did you work out when you lost the 3kgs?
If not, then you already know it's not necessary. If you did, then simply continue.0 -
