Trying to cut back on coffee since I can't drink it plain ( I want sugar and creamery a lot more than needed) but I am missing the caffeine dearly.... I did good and stopped drinking sodas that was my other caffeine kick .... I work nights so I get sleepy especially while at the computer ..... What helps everyone out?!

I still drink coffee. I use fat free half&half and Splenda. If you really want to give up coffee, you could try tea. I drink a Oolong/green tea blend first thing in the morning. I don't like sweet tea so I only use one tsp honey. Usually, I eat to stay awake.

If sugary/creamy coffee fits in your calorie goals, why not have it? Or you could play around with different ways to make it sweet and creamy that aren't loaded with calories. I switched to fat free half & half and I use Skinny Syrups or splenda for sweetener. The fat free H&H is surprisingly creamy for only 20 calories for 2 tablespoons, and I don't miss the other creamers at all. If you don't like splenda or you like flavored creamers, try Skinny Syrups. They have a lot of flavors and most are no calories and no sugar. So my cup of coffee went from 50-75 calories a cup, to about 22 calories per cup. Which can easily fit into my goal every day. Some days I even have 2 cups and it's still less than one cup was before.

If you are set on giving up coffee for other reasons, you could try green tea. For me though, green tea just doesn't give me the boost that coffee gives me. But give it a shot for a few weeks and see how you like it. I know plenty of people that gave up coffee for green tea and do just fine.

I put a little coconut oil in my coffee & blend it until it's frothy like a latte. I swear it makes it soo creamy & I love the taste it's all I need. Bullet coffee seems to be trending lately which is coconut oil & ghee butter blended but you gotta keep the fat content in mind so only have 1. Also there are almond milk creamers & coffemate has sugar free flavor creamers. And for added sweetness, I think stevia is better than Splenda. I found a liquid hazelnut flavor that is heaven in a cup of joe. Happy sipping!

I hear you! I don't really mind black coffee, but I usually drink thermoses full of strong black tea with (soy)milk. I have also looked into caffeinated gum. I haven't tried it, but it gets good reviews on Amazon. Also helps: yoga breaks, water, and a decent chair.
