New motivation

I've started working out constantly every other day. So far I've been feeling better. Ive lost 7 pounds so far since 3 weeks I started going to the gym more often. My sister just came to stay for a few months with us. She loves working out and she is my motivation. She loves to push herself to the limit and that is awesome. We just started going together yesterday to the gym. We did 1:30 hour workouts. I'm very excited she's going to start going with me. I was starting to get bored of going by myself and not have someone to push me to go the extra mile. I'll update on the progress and pics soon

    Great!! Keep at it and try to focus well on your nutrition so that you have the energy and motivation to wanna go to gym.

    Usually when we're bored is because we (people) tend to associate gym with pain, so sometimes we dread the activity.

    So bare in mind that idea and you can fight it.
