I am trying to find the nutritional information for a small, caesar salad at Loblaw's in Canada. I can only find the ones with grilled chicken or with the dressing,
Does anyone know of a resource, or how to find it on MFP?
Thanks

Are you talking about the premade ones you can buy in the deli area?0

I'm relatively new to MFP, so ow would I know there's not some blogger blogging about Loblaws. I won't ask anything else here. Thanks a bunch.0

It was a joke. It was funny. Loosen up a little.
As for the salad, you will need to use the recipe builder and enter each individual ingredient. Make sure you weigh and measure everything. You will only need to do this once, and then you can select the recipe from your list the next time you eat that salad. This is also how you would input a home made meal that you can't find on the list.
Good luck with your journey. It's easier to succeed if you have a good laugh now and then.0 -

Sorry, I tend to be kind of a d!ck sometimes, I know. But I couldn't pass that opportunity up. It's not every day you get to talk about lobbing law bombs with the great Bob Loblaw and his law blog. Good luck!0 -
I think you are going to have to guesstimate based on the ingredients that you can identify. The greens are probably not worth much more than 30 calories, if that. From the product info website, PC caesar dressing has 60 cals per tablespoon, so you can deduct that. That leaves you croutons, bacon and cheese to calculate - perhaps you can do the best you can to remove them from the salad before consumption and measure/weigh them to get some idea of calorie count.0

I can take a joke most days, I guess today I'm cranky and out of sorts. I don't watch arrested development so I fop guess I didn't get the reference. The salad is pre-made, so I guess I can take it apart to be really accurate. It's gonna get messy.0

If you want to be accurate, yes. You will only need to do it one time though.0
