Help! Several food restrictions

I have been dealing with some as yet undiagnosed health issues and I am trying to accommodate the following restrictions:

Gluten-free
Non-Dairy
No corn/popcorn (corn flour might be okay)
No fried food
No soda
No artificial sweeteners
No red meat, chicken and fish MIGHT be okay
No nuts and seeds, smooth nut butters okay
?No tomatoes?

Trying to think of foods that I can quickly pack for lunch with minimal prep that don't break the bank. I prefer warm foods most days, so salad every stinkin day won't cut it. Also, how to get enough protein.

I used to have a grilled cheese and soup, left overs, or a frozen meal for lunch most days. Breakfast was ALWAYS a bacon egg and cheese on eng muffin and coffee with milk. Sigh. Just looking for ideas on what to grab to keep the cupboard stocked for the time being.

Check out Paleo recipes, most of them will meet your restrictions.

What I do, is say, there is a recipe I love that I know contains ingredients I can't have, like "chicken parmesan". I will google "paleo chicken parmesan" and usually get quite a few its with alternative recipe ideas.

    Just a thought.

Another great resource is supercook.com...you enter all the things in your pantry and it searches the web for anything you can make...I've done this in the past when I had a lot of restrictions by just inputting anything I could eat.

That is sort of like Fodmap. We did that for a while and continue most of it to this day. There actually is plenty to eat - but real food, not quick stuff.

DH has cereal for breakfast with rice dream. Lunch is avocado with GF crackers or salad with quinoa and cut up tofu or rice cakes.

Dinner is again, real food - baked fish or tofu and rice or a baked potato, steamed or roasted veggies. It's not so hard.

I see you can have chocolate, which is great. You can have oats which means you can make cookies or muffins. It's doable.

See about getting those things confirmed, if anything for your sake of mind. Sadly if it's anything like IBD there's no pinpointing an exact agitator.
I agree with @MostlyWater that it sounds a lot like FODmap, and there are lots of people who follow that sort of eating plan, and a lot of the paleo recipes fit that, or at least can be easily altered to fit into your needs.

I have had some testing, and am waiting on more. Right now we are working on acute vs chronic colitis. If chronic ( I have been sick 6 weeks so...) then Crohn's vs UC. The foods I have listed I have had issues with, so it's not a list off the internet or a recommended diet. All those things have caused pain.

Yeah, when it comes to some stomach/allergy/resistance issues there's no one thing that will or won't help, it's a matter of trial and error. :disappointed:
