hello
i work all day from 8 to 12 lunch break till 14:30 to 6;30 and go home get my gym bag and go to gym and ofcourse i need to eat after finishing working out because i was lifting weight to pump up my muscles
my question is how i am going to maintain that caloric deficit to loose that body fat and build muscle , and i have some really bad love handles around me , should i fast hours the next day , or what exactly should i do , thanks

I think your question is is it okay to eat at night after your workouts? If so, eat away. Nothing special required to do the next day. A calorie deficit is a calorie deficit and isn't affected by the clock.0

Meal timing has nothing to do with weight loss. Fat loss is created by a deficit and exercise is for fitness. Lower your body fat and the love handles may disappear. Genetics play a role in fat distribution, however.0

Why would you want to go at any other time?0 -

It makes no difference when you go.0 -
If you're hungry after the gym eat, if you're not then don't.
But I suggest eating some kind of protein after a workout.0 -
If you want to eat after the gym at night, just plan to save calories for then. I usually save a couple hundred calories for an evening snack.0
