And no weight loss. Always under my calories inc exercise by over a 1000 most of the time. Really thinking what's the point? Please help

Go to Settings. Then Diary. Then down to the bottom/left of the page. Choose public.0

@betchrider I was feeling a little bummer the other day when the 4 lbs I lost 3/9 had return 3/16. I feel good and have energy and my measurements are down. I got some good tips from people on here. We're just getting started... so don't give up.0
