I don't really care to link my social media accounts to this but I would like some friends up here! I'm on a weight loss journey like many. I'm putting all my focus on cardio and counting calories right now. Any advice is welcome. I'd like to lose 40 lbs as quick as possible but I know I'll have to be patient.
