    Successes/struggles this week: This last week has been interesting. The scale has been showing 0.5 to 1 lb loss every morning, and I was beginning to worry. I changed the batteries, but it still showed me the same as with the old ones. I have been under calories and my activity level was up a great deal, but I didn't think the two were enough to have me dropping almost 3lbs in a week. I'm only up to 175 today because I had a heavy meal and quite a bit of sodium yesterday. I figure what happened is that I've basically started over. Since the holidays, my calories have been pretty close to maintenance. Now that they're where they should be and lower, I'm experiencing the whoosh. It feels nice seeing the scale move that much.

    Oh, and hey, I met my goal. I won't get too optimistic, just drop it one more pound.

    Successes/struggles this week: I squeezed down calories because I couldn't exert myself last week, and it worked! Fast approaching the "50 lbs. lost" mark, about 75-80 lbs. to go.

    Successes/struggles week 1: Struggles - I ate above my calorie allotment, didn't work out as much as I usually do, didn't drink enough water and my sleep wasn't very restful. I suppose the success this week was that my weight stayed even instead of going up.
    Successes/struggles week 2: Struggles: I am not feeling motivated. I am eating even when I am not hungry. Successes: I have given up!

    Successes/struggles: Coming off of 10lb lost months it's hard to go back to creeping, but progress is progress and this weight is slowly but surely coming off. I'm not in a rush so I'm ok with that. Struggles this week have been bronchitis and TOM. hoping I see a bigger loss when mother nature leaves me. 2 weeks to go so a potential for 4 more lbs. Keep your head up we can do this!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Barely any change this week even though I've been good. I've upped my calories and increased my exercise (eating the same deficit, just walking more) so I suspect that water weight may be playing a role! Either that or I'm just in the phase where I hover up and down over the same lb before a whoosh. Good ol' non linear weight loss, lol. I know I'm doing the right thing so I'm just going to trust the process.

    Successes/struggles this week: was away on vacation so ate more than usual however did a ton of walking that offset the added calories. Was still in a deficit yay! Also brought food scale with me.

    Still following the thyroid fast with little additions here and there. Eating healthy, no caffeine (killing me), still no alcohol (not really killing me.. but will have a glass of vino this weekend!) Not really missing much food because I love the foods I am eating.... I DO miss corn chips.. ugh... Exercise is still a vital part and getting some GREAT walks in. Weather is improving, and so will my exercise!

    Hmmm, maybe if I work really hard I can reach my goal. I'm happy that I am making progress anyway. It's been a rough couple of weeks.
    I'm hoping next week will be back to normal.
    Also, my husband is setting up our extra room as a small work out room for me. I can't wait to use it.

    Successes/struggles this week: Im starting to realize asking to lose 10lbs a month is too much for me. I should stick to probably 5/7lbs. Anyways, I changed my goal to either 305 or 300. Less pressure, more likely to succeeded.
