My internet is back! My apologies for missing the past couple of weeks. We had some terrible issues with our internet (our neighbors' internet was somehow interfering with ours and we couldn't both be online at the same time! crazy!) It's all better now and I'm here to report that my current weight is 184.4lbs! Finally got the scale to go in the direction that I want it to!0

I tried to make it a little bigger0 -
I forgot all about weighing in yesterday but today I'm 255. yikies!
last week was brutal. my grandfather passed away last Monday and I earned myself a big headache crying & such so I end up blowing of workouts Mon & skipping running club & just going for a bike ride Tues, then my kids were brought home, them along w their dad I had to feed & entertain & Thurs & Friday were filled w food & family while we had the wake & funeral services... sat was my best friends bday... I ate less but not well... and sun was father's day, I prepareda feast if vegetables w a pasta dish & Italian sausage ... yesterday was back to normal & I already feel better ....so.... we'll see where I can get by the 4th with this huge set back...

Hey Ladies,
I'm feeling so tired today, but I got in my workout anyways. Go me.
My kids have both been super cranky today--not what I want to deal with at all. Now I'm headed off to a 2 hour meeting with them in tow. Should be interesting. At least I can say that i got the workout done, even though I'm sure the rest of the day will just need to be written off. I've barely eaten anything today too--which is good and bad. I have such a hard time eating the right amount of calories. I'm either way over, or way under--and then starving after dinner Gotta get this all figured out. You'd think I'd have it down by now, but life just takes over as I'm sure you all know.Anyways, no excuses. Must. Lose. Weight. Now.

@Nadyasmom! Good job for keeping your head up and maintaining focus on the prize, working out is essential specially during those hard days.. I have found that a workout helps me to deal with whatever the day or night may bring... Hope everything went well0

Hey ladies, sorry I've been missing for a while, we were away on summer holidays but I'm back!
I did no food logging while away and travelling (bad bad) and gained 4 pounds back! ugh
But I did peak at my weight today and Im back down again thankfully ... I'll weigh in with everyone again Monday morning

I got in a great strength workout this morning, worked on legs, they feel like J E LLO! which is good right:)
Heading home for a girlfriends wedding this weekend, trying to burn those last couple of inches before I make my grand appearance...hehe

I am so sorry that I did not weigh-in on Monday. I am a SLACKER at getting on here and weighing in, but the good part is that I am not slacking on what I'm supposed to be doing. YAY!! My Monday weight was 175. So, 5 pounds to go to reach our goal! YAY!!!! I am still hopeful that I can do it. I've got to get moving!!
It seems a lot of you are doing well....such an inspiration!!!
And those of you who are struggling, KEEP AT IT!!! This is the best thing that I have learned this time around is that just because I cheat for one meal, doesn't mean I can't get right back on it!! And that is REALLY helping me this go-round.
I made some low-cal cupcakes this week with Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper. They were AMAZING!! And only 112 calories a cupcake.....YUM! Let me know if any of you want recipe..... It helped my sweet tooth this week!
Ok, that's all of my rambling! Happy Thursday to all!0 -
good morning all!! Reyna good morning burn..and yes glad to have you back Mamabear!! @Nadyasmom..good way to get it in...try to eat fruit throughout the day to keep you going. I am looking back at how fast June has flown by. I regret not giving my all to this challenge..i have only lost 2 pounds!! i have 26 more pounds to lose so i need to get going... now that we are left with only 11 days of this challenge..i am going to focus on losing 3 more pounds by july 4th. This will be a total of a 5 pound loss during the july 4th 10 pd challenge aka mommy challenge. I will be satisfied with that. i dont want to leave this challenge with regret so i plan to go hard until the 4th!! 155 here i come!! 155 is also my prebaby weight!! Lets do this ladies!! I need my monday weigh in to say 157 and then the last week i will go for the big 155!0
