Weight loss plz read need help

So I weigh myself everyday and I gained a lb is that anything to worry about? And I have been losing weight but wanted to ask is burning 500 calories a day good enough ?? I eat well, but I mainly do an hr of cardio high intense cardio where I do diff speeds on the treadmill and I'll do incline to confuse my body I do eliptical one day and a diff one another.? Plz verify so I can lose more weight :) thank u all
