    Fast and takes care of the crave-
    Low calorie high fiber English Muffin, split and toasted
    Tomato slice, or chopped tomato
    Diced or sliced Black Olives
    A sprinkle of Basil and/or Oregano
    A sprinkle of low-fat skim Mozzerella Cheese
    Heat in microwave til cheese is melted.

    It's not enough of anything to make me feel guilty :smile:

    I make my own dough with 100% whole wheat flour..or another thing I love..take a large portobello mushroom..pull off the cap, turn it over and put cheese, sauce and toppings and bake.. no carbs there and very low calorie.

    I'm totally going to try the pita option. I had a play on gyros with chicken last week, so I was planning to buy some whole grain pitas already. Two birds, one stone. AWESOME!!!!
