You realize that is about 6 weeks, right? Which equals about 3.33/lb per week? That is not a healthy goal, IMO.
I would say more like 10 lbs by May 1st is do-able. Anything more is just a bonus.

I'm thinking more like 10 pounds for me. And 3.33 lb a week is NOT unhealthy if you have a lot of weight to lose, and are doing it correctly.0

I did say IMO - which means In My Opinion - which I believe I am entitled to. When you set goals too high, and don't reach them, it tends to be extremely discouraging. I was just trying to make a point towards making a more attainable goal and then being happy if she loses more than she expects.
