NEED HELP! Butt workout?! Pic included

Hi guys!
I'm 5'7'' and 121 pounds. I would like to tone my butt I want more rounded lifted look. Im doing exercises on youtube that focuses on butt exercises about 20-30min. and also use my stationary bike 30 min a day 4 times a week at least.
Do you think this will help? and how long will it take to see results?
What else can I do? I'm quite new to fitness, and I'm not going to the gym just doing home excercises.
How can I get a better butt? What else can I do?
